We bespreken onder andere nieuwe ontwikkelingen op het gebied van vasculaire reconstructies, wondbehandeling, (minimaal invasieve) diabetische voetchirurgie en Charcot voet reconstructies.
Both speakers will guide you through current and future developments in diabetic foot surgery. We will discuss new developments in vascular reconstruction, wound management, (minimally invasive) diabetic foot surgery, and Charcot foot reconstruction, among other topics.
Robert Fitridge is a vascular surgeon from Australia wiht extensive experience in diabetic foot surgery. He is also a member of the International Working Group for the Diabetic Foot (and co-chair of its Peripheral Arterial Disease committee) Wouter ten Cate is a traumasurgeon from the Netherlands with a special interest in diabetic foot surgery, especially in Charcot foot reconstruction. Robert Fitridge is een vaatchirurg uit Australië met uitgebreide ervaring in diabetische voetchirurgie. Hij is tevens lid van de International Working Group for the Diabetic Foot (en co-voorzitter van de commissie Peripheral Arterial Disease). Wouter ten Cate is een traumachirurg uit Nederland met een speciale interesse in diabetische voetchirurgie, met name in de Charcot voet reconstructies.
